Both Astrology and The Gene Keys help us to see the evolutionary path of our personality while Ayurveda helps us to speak the language of the elements and understand how we might use the elements to make more harmonious lifestyle choices for our unique energy type.

Week 1: Receive your Youprint and dive into the basics of how to make practical use of your Astrological Natal Chart.

Week 2: Synthesize and integrate your Week 1 findings into customized personal mantras to carry with you on your journey.

Week 3: Dive into the magical world of The Gene Keys and integrate the most potent findings into personal prayers.

Week 4: Complete an Ayurvedic assessment, become familiar with your energy type and learn about the various ways you can influence your own health with small everyday decisions.
